Going digital is as easy as PSG

Digitalising your business processes may seem daunting, but there are solutions that can help you streamline your workflows.

Sector-specific solution

RealtyPromote is the latest digital solution that has been made available and is designed specifically for the real estate agency industry to help enhance productivity in your agency.

This cloud-based, enterprise-level agency management solution offers functions to help with:

  • Transaction management (e.g. document management).
  • Finances (e.g. commission calculations).
  • Compliance management (e.g. due diligence checks on anti-money laundering and terrorism financing measures).
  • Reporting (e.g. salespersons’ performance).

With this solution, your agency can enjoy reduced operations costs, increased productivity and profitability, and improved relationships with your customers. RealtyPromote can also help you close deals faster.

Eligible estate agents (EAs) can enjoy up to 80% funding support (increased from 70%) from the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) to adopt this solution. As announced at Budget 2021, the 80% PSG funding support has been extended from 30 September 2021 to 31 March 2022, so don’t miss the opportunity to avail your EA of the additional funding support.

Besides RealtyPromote, there is another sector-specific solution, Redoc, that was launched earlier this year. Find out more about what Redoc can offer.

Generic solutions

With the PSG, EAs can also apply for other solutions that can help to enhance business productivity and efficiency.

There are a host of accounting, customer relationship management (CRM), and sales management systems available, such as the SAP Business One application, which offers a single, affordable way to manage your sales, customer relationships, financials and operations, and is designed specifically for smaller businesses. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a quick to implement, simple-to-use business solution that works across financials, sales, operations and customer service on a cloud platform and is recommended for small and medium-sized organisations.

A CRM system can also help you track, share, and manage your clients’ engagement and experience. For instance, CalendarOne CRM is a cloud-based solution that integrates and automates your entire customer-related business process, while Advocado Cloud Loyalty Customer Relationship Management software empowers SMEs to manage their consumers better, grow their customer base, and retain the relationship with consumers using marketing automation.

With more of your processes conducted online, your business can benefit from solutions that can identify, protect, detect, and respond to cyberthreats. Solutions like EQCOM’s Managed Security Service for Mosphisec Moving Target Defend delivers operationally simple, proactive prevention and protection from cyberattacks. GRmail is another solution that removes email threats even before it reaches the email server, while CRisolation protects the users by opening any malicious links in a sandbox so that they do not affect their computers.
