Advisory
Beware of scams and phishing attempts by those impersonating government officers. Please do not click on any links if you receive suspicious messages that appear to be from CEA. CEA will never ask you to reveal any personal information, credit card details or passwords via SMS. If there is a need to clarify any matters, our officers will use phone lines (without +65 prefix) to contact you. Members of the public are advised to exercise caution and avoid revealing personal details when you receive unsolicited calls from “+65” numbers.
If you have any doubts about a message sent to you or a call received from CEA, and believe that you have been a victim of a scam, please contact us immediately and also lodge a police report.
