For salesperson registration application status, please check with your property agency. CEA takes about 2-3 weeks from the date of receiving the application form to process your application.

Note to members of public concerning Real Estate Salesperson (RES) or Real Estate Agency (REA) examination matters

For enquiry on RES or REA examination registration and eligibility matters, please email to CEA’s Appointed Examination Administrator, NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd (LHUB), at res@ntuclearninghub.com or rea@ntuclearninghub.com respectively.  If you have submitted your enquiry to CEA, your email will be re-directed to LHUB for reply. LHUB will attend to your enquiry within five working days, or longer if the enquiry is more complex or if volume of emails is high.
