Professional Service Manual
The Professional Service Manual (PSM) guides estate agents (EAs) and real estate salespersons (RESs) on the conduct of estate agency work in property transactions involving residential, commercial and industrial properties.
The PSM aims to:
Set clear standards and guidelines to ensure EAs and RESs render their services competently, professionally, and ethically, thus promoting open, fair, and honest dealings in relation to property transactions.
Highlight the responsibilities and duties that EAs and RESs must pay attention to when carrying out their business and work.
