Welcome to the refreshed and revamped CEA website!
We hope you will enjoy the brand-new design, which will help you to quickly find the relevant content or e-Service that you need.
Our new website is built on the Isomer website generator developed by GovTech, joining over 600 Singapore Government websites running on Isomer to provide members of the public with a consistent user experience when navigating through these websites
Isomer websites are designed to be user-friendly, secure, and accessible.
Isomer websites follow the Digital Services Standards (DSS) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). This means that CEA’s website can also be used by people with disabilities who depend on assistive technologies.
Here are three things we want to share about the new CEA website:
1. The right content for you

We have enhanced the website’s structure so that you can easily find the right content specific to your needs.
For example, the CEA Public Register - the CEA website’s most popular feature - is now accessible right off the bat from the main banner of the homepage.
We have also provided quick links based on the profiles of our website’s main users, so that you can access the content most relevant to you quickly:
· Real estate salespersons (RESs)
For consumers, you can find handy information on engaging an RES (or as commonly known, a property agent) to facilitate your property transaction, or even resources that can help you if you are confident enough to explore transacting your property on your own.
Fun Fact!
To ensure that the new website is designed based on the behaviour of our website users, CEA had invited representatives from the real estate agency industry and property consumers – to provide their feedback on what they wished to see on the new CEA website, and to test an early “beta” version of the new website. These sessions took place in January 2024 and April 2025 respectively.
Both sessions provided very useful feedback for the new website, so that users would be able to find information they are looking for swiftly, as well as in ensuring that content within the website would be reader friendly.
2. Please update your favourite CEA website bookmarks
Some of the commonly accessed webpages or e-Services might have moved.
To ensure that you can find the website content you need, you can make use of the search bar conveniently located at the top of the webpage. Alternatively, you can use our Ask CEA chatbot at the bottom right of the CEA website to answer frequently asked questions.

If you have bookmarks in your web browser to our previous website, you will need to update your bookmarks, so that you can revisit the new webpages easily.
Here’s a quick guide with the new links .to some of the more popular pages and e-Services on the CEA website, for your convenience:
· ACEAS
· CEAnergy
3. Browse your favourite CEAnergy blog articles by category or year
One new feature that CEAnergy blog readers will appreciate is the filter function.
Simply click on a category in the filter column on the left – say, Industry Spotlight – to see all the stories in that category listed for your reading pleasure.

Alternatively, pick a particular year of publication, and you will see a list of stories we published in that year – and you can also filter by both category and year(s) at the same time.
We hope that you will enjoy using the new CEA website! Let us know what your favourite new website features are on CEA’s social media channels:
