You can submit your enquiry or feedback on a property agency or agent.

CEA general feedback and enquiry

Thank you for taking your time to give us your feedback or query so that we can serve you better.

If you wish to submit a complaint against a property agent, you can do so through our complaint form. This complaint form, together with other support documents submitted, is important as it will form part of evidence used in CEA's investigations.

For compliments to your property agent, please send them directly to your property agent’s agency.

Salesperson registration application status

If you are enquiring about your salesperson registration application status, please check with your property agency directly. We take about two to three weeks from the date of receiving the application form to process your application.

For enquiry on Continuing Professional Development (CPD) matters, you can find out more about the CPD framework or contact your property agency for assistance. 

Real estate salesperson (RES) or Real estate agency (REA) examination matters 

For enquiries on RES or REA examination registration and eligibility matters, please email to CEA's Appointed Examination Administrator, NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd (LHUB), at res@ntuclearninghub.com or rea@ntuclearninghub.com respectively. 

If you have submitted your enquiry to us, we will redirect your email for reply. 

LHUB will attend to your enquiry within five working days, or longer if the enquiry is more complex or if volume of emails is high.

GST refund exercise 2024

The GST Refund Exercise has ended on 31 Dec 2024.

The GST refunds were applicable to GST wrongly charged before 14 February 2024 on the following fees:

  • Application Fee for Estate Agent (EA) Licence

  • Application Fee for Real Estate Salesperson (RES) Registration

CEA ceased charging GST on these fees from 14 February 2024. For GST wrongly charged before this date, CEA has processed refunds with interest to all eligible parties where possible.
