From 1 October 2019 onwards, every KEO, practising director/partner and salesperson will be required to undertake a minimum of six credits per annual CPD cycle, of which four of these credits must be from courses related to Professional Competencies and two credits must be from courses related to Generic Competencies. The minimum of six credits is also a renewal licensing/registration condition stipulated in the Estate Agents (Licensing and Registration) Regulations 2010. Failure to comply will affect the registration status of KEO, practising director/partner and salesperson and may lead to their removal from the Public Register.
The list of recognised Professional Competency CPD courses will be updated regularly. KEOs and salespersons should refer to this page from time to time for the latest courses.
The course ratings displayed in the CPD Course Directory is based on the average of ratings submitted by KEOs and salespersons who have attended the CPD course. Average ratings are given on a scale of one to five (1 – Course is not useful or relevant to the learning objective; 5 – Course is very useful and relevant to the learning objectives).
Please take note of the following:
1. Only CPD courses with scheduled dates provided by the course providers are listed here.
2. The following course providers are only allowed to conduct CPD courses for salespersons from their respective Estate Agents:
