Cancellation of salesperson registration

Real estate salespersons will need to approach their estate agent to cancel their registration.

If you have ceased performing estate agency Work and would like to leave the industry, please approach your estate agent (EA) to submit cancellation of your real estate salesperson (RES) registration via the Advanced CEA Estate Agencies System (ACEAS).

However, if you are intending to switch to another EA, you are not required to cancel your RES registration. You may submit a switching application via ACEAS instead.
