Within an estate agent (EA), Key Executive Officers (KEOs) are responsible for the proper administration and overall management of the EA, and the supervision of their real estate salespersons (RESs). EAs must have a valid KEO.
KEOs must also ensure their RESs comply with the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Scheme’s regulatory requirements.
