The Advanced CEA Estate Agencies System (ACEAS) is a licensing and registration system to process and manage all applications for estate agents’ (EAs) licences and real estate salespersons (RESs) registrations.
Features of ACEAS
Estate agents (Corporate)
Key Executive Officers (KEO) and authorised users from estate agents with Corppass accounts can access the following functions on ACEAS:
Licence and Registration applications management: Submit and track applications including EA renewals, new RES registrations, director/ partner changes, and new KEO additions. You will receive email notifications on status updates of these applications.
EA profile, EA management, and RES management: View and update information on your EA, KEOs, directors, and RESs; manage authorised users, and submit property transaction records for RESs
Payment matters and circulars: View CEA invoices, make online payments, and access your CEA circulars for regulatory updates
Real estate salespersons (Individuals)
RESs can access the following features on ACEAS with Singpass:
RES profile management: View and update your profile information
Registration, switching, and renewal management: Submit and track your application, including checks on your renewal eligibility
How to use ACEAS
You will need to log in to ACEAS with:
Corppass for Corporate
Singpass for Individuals
If you do not have a Corppass account and require an Admin account, you will have to visit the Corppass website to register for one. If you require a user account, please approach the Corppass Admin in your EA for one.
If you do not have a Singpass account, you can visit the Singpass website to register for one.
