Step 1: Familiarise yourself with the rules and regulations
If you wish to buy or sell a private residential property, you should first familiarise yourself with the Urban Redevelopment Authority’s (URA) rules and regulations.
Step 2: Go through checklists for sale and purchase transactions
Next, you are encouraged to go through the respective checklists for your property transaction, before entering into a contract to buy or sell private residential property.
