31 Jul 2023	Launched the Advanced CEA Estate Agencies System (ACEAS) - New Feedback and Complaint module
19 May 2023	Published the Project ADEPT workgroup's report to raise professionalism, quality of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training and to promote a continuous learning mindset amongst property agents.
9 Sep 2022	Announced key initiatives of the Real Estate Industry Transformation Map 2025
3 Sep 2021	Published all residential property transactions facilitated by Real Estate Salesperson (RES) under the Transaction Records Initiative (TRI)
31 July 2021	Launched the new licensing and registration system, ACEAS that replaced the Estate Agencies System (EAS)
30 July 2021	Operationalised the amended Estate Agents Act
1 Jun 2021	Ceased the collection of RES Registration fee for RESs who switched estate agents
29 Mar 2021	Published HDB residential flat rental transactions, and private residential rental and sale/purchase transactions
5 Feb 2021	Launched the SMEs Go Digital programme for the real estate agency industry
5 May 2020	Parliament passed the Estate Agents (Amendment) Bill
1 May 2020	Decommissioned CEA@SG mobile app
22 Oct 2020	Celebrated CEA's 10th anniversary
1 Oct 2019	Implemented the new CPD framework
26 Mar 2019	Organised the first CEA Estate Agency Industry Conference 'Charting new frontiers: Keeping the estate agency industry relevant'

Jan 2015	Conducted the first inspection on anti-money laundering (AML) & countering the financing of terrorism (CFT)

Aug 2010	Conducted the 3rd round of Industry Consultation Sessions with key stakeholders
