Good planning to strengthen Singapore's fundamentals for tomorrow
The long-term plans for Singapore will present opportunities for the property and real estate agency industry, said Minister for National Development and Second Minister for Finance Mr Lawrence Wong.

Minister Wong was speaking to some 3,000 real estate agency professionals at PropNex Realty’s second quarterly convention on 23 August 2016.

Trustworthiness, the key differentiating factor
Some 150 CEOs and Key Executive Officers discussed industry issues during an hour-long closed-door dialogue with Minister from the Prime Minister’s Office Mr Chan Chun Sing, at the Singapore Estate Agents Association’s inaugural event on 26 July 2016.

Minister Chan felt that trustworthiness of a property agent would be the key differentiating factor for consumers when they engage one to facilitate their property transactions.
