The “Advisory Guidelines for the Real Estate Agency Sector (PDF,149KB)” aim to address the unique circumstances faced by the real estate agency sector in complying with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). These guidelines are developed by Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC), in consultation with CEA. Please read the guidelines in conjunction with the “Introduction to the Guidelines (PDF,81.2KB)”.
